Send Gift Officer email and manage templates or the connected mailbox

Go to Gift Officer > Communications > Email or start an email from a constituent/task. Select the recipient address and approved From address, enter sender name, subject, and message, then use supported merge fields, links, templates, or video. Send Test Email to Me tests the composed message; Schedule Email queues it for the chosen time; Send Email sends it now. Review any option that also creates a contact report.

Manage reusable content at Gift Officer > Communications > Email Templates. School administrators choose which active Online Giving forms and Events can be linked from emails at Gift Officer > School Settings > GC Connections. Depending on the selected link, the editor can offer ordinary, autofill, or personalized URLs.

At Gift Officer > My Settings > Email, authenticate the mailbox, manage verified aliases and a default From address, save an email signature, and add example emails used by supported AI composition. Disconnecting the account requires reauthentication before sending. School administrators authenticate allowed domains at School Settings > Email Domains.
