Search constituents and use the Gift Officer constituent profile

Go to Gift Officer > Constituents or Gift Officer > Prospects and search for the constituent by the fields offered to the user's role. Open the profile to review constituent or organization details, contact information, relationships, education, employment, affiliations, custom fields, activities, contact reports, plans, meetings, gift history, and wealth data when the connected products permit it.

The action menu can start an email, text, call, task, contact report, trip visit, plan, or opportunity according to permissions. Gift-history details are informational in Gift Officer; use Online Giving reporting or the connected CRM for the authoritative transaction workflow rather than attempting to correct a gift from the profile.

When AI is enabled, Generate AI Summary creates a donor summary from the information available to the feature. Users can edit the resulting summary, view earlier donor profiles, or request a profile when that workflow is enabled. AI output is a draft aid and must be reviewed before use.
