Use Gift Officer activity analytics and configure metrics

Open Gift Officer > Analytics. Depending on role, the menu offers My Activity Overview, Team Activity Overview, Gift Officer Activity Overview, and School Activity Overview. Some institutions also retain the earlier My Analytics, Manager Dashboard, or School Dashboard views.

Metrics summarize activities such as tasks, contact reports, outreach, plans, and pipeline according to the current filters and school definitions. Choose the correct user/team and date range before comparing results. A contact report's interaction date and a record's creation date can answer different questions.

Administrators go to Gift Officer > School Settings > Analytics to create Metrics Groups, assign roles, and choose dashboard calculations/tiles. A role can belong to a configured metrics group, and changing a group's rules changes future dashboard interpretation without rewriting the underlying activity records.
