Use Gift Officer texting, calling, and personal video

When enabled, go to Gift Officer > Communications > Text Conversations for one-to-one threads and Text Templates for reusable messages. At My Settings > Text Messages, create the user's texting number using the offered area-code workflow. Honor opt-outs and institution restrictions; a template does not override consent.

For calling, configure the institution's method at Gift Officer > School Settings > Calling. Users then open My Settings > Calling to create an eligible calling number or enter the pass-through number used for outbound calls. Call availability depends on both the school capability and user configuration.

Go to Gift Officer > Communications > Video to create personal video pages, and use My Settings > Video for personal branding and defaults. A video can be added to supported emails, but it remains a separate landing-page experience.
