Go to School Dashboard > Settings > General Settings. Set the fiscal-year start month and day first; it drives donor-status calculations and school-level fiscal-year reporting. When uploaded gifts are available, choose which gift types count toward donor status and, when offered, which GiveCampus donation-report date is used to deduplicate uploaded and platform gifts.
Use the Affiliations section to map uploaded affiliations to an Affiliation Category and, optionally, to an Online Giving affiliation for Personalization. Use Restrictions > Solicit Code Settings to decide which imported solicit codes suppress Smart Appeals, Outreach, Texting, Calling, or Personalization. These controls require the corresponding imported data and product access.
The AI Settings choice applies institution-wide. An authorized administrator can enable it after accepting any displayed AI terms; availability and disablement can depend on the institution's contract and configuration. The Google Font URL accepts the stylesheet URL from Google Fonts, can contain more than one family, and affects supported GiveCampus pages and email; loading many fonts can slow those experiences.
The current application's generative-AI services use OpenAI API integrations for supported drafting, summarization, transcription, and assisted data-mapping workflows; the application does not contain an Anthropic service integration. Predictive capabilities such as Smart Ask Amounts are a separate class of feature. Security questionnaires, data-retention terms, model-training commitments, subprocessors, and contractual assurances come from the institution's current agreements or GiveCampus documentation, not the application UI.
