Use Benchmarking and interpret cohort comparisons

Go to School Dashboard > Benchmarking. The overall snapshot compares the institution with an anonymized peer cohort using data from the past 12 months. The dark marker represents the institution and the shaded comparison represents the cohort average. Select a metric name to open its detail view.

Metrics may be grouped under Fundraising on GiveCampus and All Fundraising. Advocacy metrics require the related Online Giving access, and all-fundraising metrics require uploaded gift data. A blurred panel indicates that the associated capability is not in the current subscription.

Some sections do not appear until enough institutions in the cohort have qualifying data. The page displays when the benchmarking data was last updated; it is not a real-time ledger and should not be reconciled directly to one gift or one day's activity.
