Go to School Dashboard > Integrations > Salesforce. Enter the Salesforce instance name—the part after https:// and before .my.salesforce.com—rather than the full URL. Select Authorize Salesforce Account and complete the authorization in Salesforce; the user is redirected back to GiveCampus afterward.
The connection page shows the instance, who authorized it, and the authorization time. If it says Not Authorized, select Click to Authorize and complete the Salesforce consent screen with an account allowed to grant the requested access. An authorized account can then be used by supported Salesforce-backed file-import configurations.
Authorization connects the account; it does not by itself create mappings or run an import. Configure and test the applicable import under School Dashboard > Data Import > Configurations and inspect results in History.
