Connect an email-marketing provider and manage list sync

Go to Online Giving > School-Level Settings > Email Marketing. When the supported integration is available, enter the provider credentials requested by the page and connect the account. The page then lists campaign/form email lists and their sync state.

Open a list to enable or disable ongoing sync. A date-range sync temporarily replaces the ordinary enable/disable controls; clear the date range to return to normal sync. Sync Existing Donors can backfill existing donors for all time or a selected date range, with an option to include offline donors when offered.

Disconnecting can optionally remove managed lists and stops future synchronization. Treat credentials as secrets and rotate them in the provider if exposed. Sync status shows configuration state, not guaranteed delivery by the external email provider.
