Review records that could not export to Blackbaud RE NXT

Go to Online Giving > Manage Gifts > Gifts to Review. The Export Review page contains gifts or event registrations that GiveCampus could not send to Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, commonly because constituent identifiers or designation/fund identifiers are missing.

Search the queue, open Review Gift or Review Event Registration, and use the presented choices to correct or create the necessary external record before retrying export. Use Refresh Gifts to reload eligible items after upstream mappings change. Pending Export records have passed review and are waiting for export.

Use Skip or Skip All only when the records are already in the CRM or will be handled outside automatic export. The warning is consequential: skipped items do not reappear for review and cannot later be pushed to RE NXT automatically by GiveCampus.
