Configure and submit Giving Propensity

Authorized administrators enable Giving Propensity for the institution and configure its role tile under Volunteer Management > Manage Volunteers > Roles. Use Constituent Preview to confirm what a role will see before assigning that role to volunteers.

When the role permits it, a volunteer opens Volunteer Management > Search Constituents, selects a constituent, and chooses Submit Giving Propensity or Update Giving Propensity. The submitted value is associated with that constituent and can be surfaced in administrator views and exports according to the institution's configuration.

Giving Propensity is a user assessment, not a payment, pledge, wealth-screen result, or guarantee of future giving. Restrict access to roles that need it and explain the institution's internal meaning and scale to volunteers.
