Open Outreach > Outreach > [draft]. Finish content and recipients, then select Preview and Send. Use Send Test Email for a content check. When ready, select Send Outreach for an immediate send or Schedule Send for a future date/time.
The scheduler allows a time from at least one hour in the future up to one year ahead and displays it in the institution's time zone. Before the send begins, use Edit Schedule to change it or Cancel Schedule Send to return it to an unscheduled state. Canceling a schedule is not the same as recalling mail already handed to recipients.
Draft and sent Outreach lists offer a duplicate action. After duplicating, review the new draft's audience, exclusions, links, dates, subject, unsubscribe topic, and content; a copy is not automatically safe for a new campaign.
The confirmation before an immediate send states the included-recipient count. Stop if it differs from the approved audience.
