Review, refund, receipt, and report GC Connect gifts

In the app, open Home > Recent Gifts > [gift] to view the donor name/email, city/state/postal code, payment method and last four digits, affiliation, and designation when applicable. Use Resend Receipt for that gift or resend from Online Giving > Manage Gifts > Donations on the web.

Use Refund Gift from the app's recent-gift record when the action is available, or use the Online Giving donation workflow. Review the refund amount and warning before confirming.

GC Connect gifts appear in ordinary donation, campaign, Giving Form, and deposit reports. At Online Giving > Reporting > Settings, enable the GC Connect field when the institution needs the location and reader identifier in output.
