Overview
Saved Lists let you upload or view static groups of constituents for outreach, trip planning, or targeted engagement. They are separate from “Saved Filters” which are dynamic and update based on filter sections.
How to Use Saved Lists
Create a List in Excel and Save it as a CSV File
- In Excel, create a column titled “external_id” (this is case sensitive!)
- Add the constituent IDs in this column
- Save your list as a .csv file by clicking File > Save As and choose CSV for file format, sometimes shown as: "CSV (Comma delimited)" or "CSV UTF-8")
Upload Saved List to GC GO
- Navigate to Saved Lists on the left-hand side panel
- Click the Upload a List button on the top right-hand side
- Type in your list name and upload your list file.
- Your list will now appear in the Saved Lists page
Apply a Saved Filter
- Navigate to the Prospects, Constituent, or Trip Planner page
- Click on the Lists button to filter the page to the constituents in your list
Note: You can apply filters to your saved lists as well! Select your list, and then select the filter you'd like to apply
