Overview
GC GO makes it easy to send personalized bulk emails to multiple constituents at once. You can select up to 50 recipients, compose individual or templated messages, and each recipient receives their own unique email from your authenticated account.
1. Prepare Your Recipient List
Select the constituents you wish to email by using a filter or a saved list, then click Email Selected Prospects in the upper right-hand corner .
Note: Bulk emails in GC GO are limited to 50 constituents at a time to maintain personalization and deliverability.
2. Start a Bulk Email
Start from scratch, use a template, or utilize AI to draft your email! Only check the checkbox if you would like to customize your email for each recipient. Once selected, click Continue.
3. Compose Your Message
Review the list of constituents you are sending an email to. Click the X next to their name if you wish to remove them from the email list.
Ensure the checkbox for “Create contact report for this email” is checked for a contact report to automatically be created for each constituent in the email.
Fill in the required information: Sender Name, Subject Line, and Email Body.
Tip: Create an Email Template first! GC GO supports using merge tokens to personalize each recipient’s email (for example, using the recipient’s first name)
4. Send the Emails
Click "Next" to get to the contact reports confirmation.
Click “Send Emails and Create Contact Reports” to initiate the batch. GC GO sends each email individually, so replies and deliverability are high—these are not typical mass marketing blasts.
The contact report for each constituent will be automatically generated.
