Overview
GC GO makes it easy to send personalized emails to multiple constituents at once. Quickly customize each email and create contact reports in one workflow.
Send Multiple Emails
1. Prepare Your Recipient List
Select the constituents you wish to email by using a filter or a saved list, then click Email Selected Prospects in the upper right-hand corner .
Note: Bulk emails in GC GO are limited to 50 constituents at a time to maintain personalization and deliverability.
2. Start a Bulk Email
Start from scratch, use a template, or utilize AI to draft your email. Check the checkbox tocustomize your email for each recipient. Once selected, click Continue.
3. Compose Your Message
Ensure the checkbox for “Create contact report for this email” is checked for a contact report to automatically be created for each constituent in the email.
Fill in the required information: Sender Name, Subject Line, and Email Body. GC GO supports using merge tokens to personalize each recipient’s email (for example, using the recipient’s first name) when using an Email Template - these appear in blue in GC GO but will appear as normal text when the email is sent.
4. Send the Email
Click "Send & Next" to get to the contact reports confirmation. Finalize the contact report to get to the next email. Repeat this process until all the emails have been sent.
