Campaign Donor Information Privacy and Visibility

GiveCampus protects donor privacy by limiting access to individual donor names and gift amounts on campaign pages. This guide explains what different users can see and how donor details are managed.

• Leaderboards celebrate group performance by displaying aggregated totals (e.g., by class year or donor group) and do not list individual donor names or amounts.

Providing donor details to campaign owners

• If a campaign owner needs donor-level details for stewardship, thank-you calls, or reporting, an administrator must pull a donation report. Note that anonymous donors remain anonymized in these reports.
