If leaderboard percentages appear incorrect, the first step is to check the denominator. On GiveCampus, percentage calculations differ between manual leaderboards and affiliation breakdowns. The following sections explain each method and how to resolve common issues.

Manual leaderboards use a goal value that you set as the denominator for each row.
Example: A row with a goal of 250 and 75 donors results in a percentage of (75 / 250) × 100 = 30%.

Navigate to your leaderboard settings in the admin area.
Click Edit on the specific leaderboard.
Update the Goal field for each row as needed.
