If you see a small circle above a text message thread (next to or above the phone number) and wonder if you can display your school's logo there, note that GiveCampus doesn't support customizing that image.

What you can control in GC Texting

• Start your first message with your institution's name.
• Use a consistent text signature (for example, "— Your School Name").
• Use clear, descriptive language so recipients know who's texting them.

• Can GiveCampus set our school logo as the sender photo? No. GiveCampus doesn't control the image in the photo circle on recipients' devices.

• If we change our logo in GiveCampus, will the SMS photo circle update? No. Changing assets in GiveCampus doesn't affect the photo circle on recipients' phones.
