Campaign Page Section Visibility and Management
With GiveCampus, you can control what appears on your campaign pages by adjusting section visibility, order, and labels. This flexibility lets you tailor the donor experience and highlight key details effectively.
Accessing landing page settings
To manage which sections appear on your campaign page:
- Navigate to your campaign and select Landing Page from the campaign management options.
- Use the Landing Page settings to view and adjust all available sections.
Controlling section visibility
Each section features an eye icon that lets you toggle its visibility. Click the icon to show or hide a section as needed.
Reordering sections
To change the order of sections on your campaign page:
- Click and hold the section you want to move.
- Drag and drop it to the desired position.
This simple drag-and-drop functionality makes it easy to prioritize the elements that matter most.
Available campaign sections
Your campaign typically includes the following sections:
Social section
The Social section is an embedded feed that appears on your campaign page only when you enter an embed code in the Embed Code field. Without a valid embed code, the section remains hidden.
How to add or update the Social section
- Open your campaign and navigate to Campaign Setup > Basics.
- Locate the Social Feed section and paste the embed code from your third-party social media aggregator.
- Click Update Campaign to save your changes.
After saving, the Social section becomes visible on the campaign page. It can be directly accessed using the #social anchor at the end of your campaign's URL.
Key points
- GiveCampus does not provide a social media aggregator. The embed code must come from a third-party service.
- The Embed Code field accepts the exact code provided by your social media tool. Ensure you paste the full embed snippet and save.
- If no embed code is entered, the Social section will not appear on the live page.

- Use the drag-and-drop feature to move that section higher on the page.
-
I accidentally hide a section.
- Click the eye icon again to restore its visibility.
Final thoughts
Adjusting section visibility and order through the Landing Page settings gives you full control over your campaign’s presentation. These tools let you create a page that clearly communicates your fundraising story and engages your audience.
FAQ — Why is my custom leaderboard not appearing on the campaign page?
Custom leaderboards are part of the Donors section. If that section is hidden, the leaderboard will not appear, even if it is fully configured and published.
To restore your leaderboard:
- Open your campaign and select Landing Page from the campaign management options.
- Scroll to the Page Layout section.
- Ensure the Donors section is visible by clicking the eye icon if it appears crossed out.
The eye icon toggles a section’s visibility. A crossed-out eye means the section—and all its contents, including leaderboards—is hidden. Once you make the Donors section visible, your leaderboard will appear on the campaign page.
