How Campaign URLs Work

• Pre-Launch: Before your campaign goes live, donors using your campaign link are directed to a pre-launch page.

• Live Campaign: When your campaign goes live (based on the time you set), the system automatically switches the pre-launch link to the main campaign page. This means you don’t need to make any manual changes once your campaign starts.

• Post-Campaign Redirect: After a campaign ends, donors will be able to visit the completed campaign page, but will be prompted to give a gift on your campaign backup form.

When your pre-launch page is active, all campaign link visitors see the pre-launch page. Administrators can preview the main campaign page at any time using the "Preview campaign page" link in the admin header bar.
