Alternative: Using Matches Instead of Challenges

If you need gift amount requirements, consider setting up the commitment as a matching gift:

Example conversion:

• Original challenge idea: "I'll give $10,000 if 100 donors make gifts of $100+"

• As a match instead: "I'll match $100 for every gift of $100 or more, up to $10,000"

When to Use Each Option

Use challenges for:

• Donor count goals ("when 50 people give")
