Customizing Payment Button Text

You can customize the text that appears on your giving form's payment button (like changing from "Go to Checkout" to "Give by Card").

How to Update Button Text

1. Navigate to your form or campaign

2. Go to Giving Experience > Form Settings & Display and open the Display tab

3. Enter your desired text in the Form Button Text field

4. Save your changes

Button Text Defaults

If you leave the Button Text field empty, the system uses:

• "Donate Now" (when donors have saved payment methods)

• "Go to Checkout" (standard default)

Important Notes

• Advanced payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay) display their own standardized button text and cannot be customized

• Preview modes show your custom button text if set, or "PREVIEW PAY" when no custom text is configured

• Changes only appear for published campaigns - draft campaigns need to be published for non-admin users to see updates
