Tiered Campaign Reporting and Downloads

Downloading Reports for Specific Tiers

To download gifts for a specific tiered landing page:

1. Navigate to Online Giving > Campaigns

2. Click the campaign name to enter the campaign management area

3. Go to the Tiered Landing Pages section

4. Find the tier you want to report on and click the download icon in the right-most column

5. A Download Reports modal appears. Choose one or more report types to include:

   • Online Gifts — one-time and recurring gifts made online
   • Offline Gifts — one-time offline gifts
   • Online & Offline Matches/Challenges — active and completed matches and challenges
   • Offline Adjustments — manually added designation and affiliation adjustments

6. Click Download to generate your report.

Alternative Reporting Methods

For broader campaign analysis:

1. All Gifts Report: Download the complete campaign report from the main campaign page, then filter by designation or landing page URL in your spreadsheet software
