Fixing Campaign Countdown Timer Issues

My Giving Day countdown timer is showing the wrong time

If your campaign countdown timer is off by an hour or showing incorrect time, here's how to fix it:

Step 1: Check campaign launch settings

1. Go to your campaign Settings 2. Open Campaign Setup → Pre Launch Page 3. Make sure the 'Campaign Launch Date' is set to the correct time 4. Save your changes and verify the countdown timer shows the right time

Step 2: Verify school timezone settings

If the countdown is still incorrect, check your school's timezone settings:

1. Go to Online Giving → School-Level Settings → Other

2. Verify the timezone is set correctly for your location 3. Save any changes

Important note about campaign vs. event countdowns

Campaign countdowns are controlled by the Pre Launch Page settings in Campaign Setup.

Event countdowns are controlled by Event Settings in the Details page.

Make sure you're editing the correct type based on what you're running.
