Fixing Campaign Countdown Timer Issues

My Giving Day countdown timer is showing the wrong time

If your campaign countdown timer is off by an hour or showing incorrect time, here's how to fix it:

Step 1: Check campaign launch settings

1. Go to your campaign Settings 2.

Open Campaign Setup → Pre-Launch Page

3. Make sure the 'Campaign Launch Date' is set to the correct time 4. Save your changes and verify the countdown timer shows the right time
