Fixing Campaign Countdown Timer Issues

My Giving Day countdown timer is showing the wrong time

If your campaign countdown timer is off by an hour or showing incorrect time, here's how to fix it:

Step 1: Check campaign launch settings

1. Go to your campaign Settings 2.

1. Open Campaign Setup → Pre-Launch Page.
2. Check the launch date and time, and save any corrections.

Step 2: Verify school timezone settings

If the countdown is still incorrect, check your school's timezone settings:

1. Open your school’s settings and find School Information.
2. Verify the Time zone field matches the school’s location.
3. Select Update School Information, then reload the campaign page to check the countdown.
