How to fix connection issues

Step 1: Check user permissions

1. Verify that the integration user has an active NXT account.
2. Confirm the permissions required for the integration points you use, including constituent and gift access.
3. Check for recent role or account-access changes.

Step 2: Reconnect the integration

1. Open School Dashboard → Integrations → Blackbaud RE NXT.
2. Scroll to the bottom and select Disconnect Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT.
3. Follow the connection setup again using an active account with the required NXT permissions.
4. Confirm the integration reconnects and test the integration points you use.
