To view comprehensive analytics for your text message campaigns, including click-through rates:
1. Go to Outreach > Reporting > Recipients

Troubleshooting missing click data
If your text campaign shows 0 click-throughs but you expected engagement:
1. Verify the campaign name in your reporting filters
2. Check that links in your messages were properly formatted
3. Allow 24-48 hours for all click data to populate in reports
4. Export the detailed CSV report to see individual recipient interactions

You can also check individual constituent records in the School Dashboard:
1. Navigate to the constituent's record in your School Dashboard
2. Look for outreach history in their communication log
3. Note: This shows delivery status but may not have updated engagement metrics like the recipient report

Outreach engagement data and donation data are maintained in separate reporting systems within GiveCampus. There isn’t a built-in report that combines engagement metrics (opens and clicks) with donation data in one view.
What outreach reports show (and don’t show)
- The Outreach recipient report at Outreach > Reporting > Recipients displays basic delivery details such as Constituent ID, Email or Phone, Name, Subject, Date Sent, and Status. It does not include engagement metrics like opens or clicks.
- Donation data is available separately in the Online Giving reporting sections.
Workaround for linking engagement and donation data
To analyze the relationship between outreach engagement and donations:
- Export recipient data from Outreach > Reporting > Recipients.
- Export the relevant gift data from the Online Giving reports.
- Manually match records using identifiers such as email addresses or constituent IDs.
Important limitations
- The recipient report shows only delivery status, not detailed engagement metrics.
- There is no built-in conversion tracking that automatically links outreach clicks to gifts.
- Combining outreach and donation data requires manual export and analysis.
