If you’re seeing the first frame of your video display automatically and would prefer to use a custom thumbnail (placeholder image), you can upload one directly in your campaign settings.
The steps depend on where the video appears.
🎬 Main Campaign Landing Page Video
To update the thumbnail for your main campaign video:
- Go to Campaign Setup
- Select Images & Display
- Scroll to Custom Video Thumbnail
- Upload your desired image
- Save your changes
This image will display as the placeholder before someone clicks play.
🚀 Prelaunch Page Video
To update the thumbnail on a Prelaunch Page:
- Go to Campaign Setup
- Select Prelaunch Page
- Find Custom Video Thumbnail
- Upload your desired image
- Save your changes
🏆 Tiered Landing Page Video
To update the thumbnail on a Tiered Landing Page:
- Go to Tiered Landing Pages
- Click the pencil icon next to the page you want to edit
- Locate Custom Thumbnail
- Upload your desired image
- Save your changes
Why am I seeing the first frame of my video?
If no custom thumbnail is uploaded, the system automatically displays the first frame of your video as the preview image. Uploading a custom thumbnail will override that default.
Tip- The recommended size for this image is 630x350px and should be 2MB or less!
