How do I change the thumbnail (placeholder image) for my campaign video?

If you’re seeing the first frame of your video display automatically and would prefer to use a custom thumbnail (placeholder image), you can upload one directly in your campaign settings.

The steps depend on where the video appears.

🎬 Main Campaign Landing Page Video

To update the thumbnail for your main campaign video:

1. Go to Campaign Setup
2. Select Images & Display
3. Scroll to Custom Video Thumbnail
4. Upload your desired image
5. Save your changes

This image will display as the placeholder before someone clicks play.

🚀 Prelaunch Page Video

To update the thumbnail on a Prelaunch Page:

1. Go to Campaign Setup
2. Select Prelaunch Page
3. Find Custom Video Thumbnail
4. Upload your desired image
5. Save your changes

🏆 Tiered Landing Page Video

To update the thumbnail on a Tiered Landing Page:

1. Go to Tiered Landing Pages
2. Click the pencil icon next to the page you want to edit
3. Locate Custom Thumbnail
4. Upload your desired image
5. Save your changes

Why am I seeing the first frame of my video?

If no custom thumbnail is uploaded, the system automatically displays the first frame of your video as the preview image. Uploading a custom thumbnail will override that default.

Tip- The recommended size for this image is 630x350px and should be 2MB or less!
