What does 'Excluded' mean in GC Outreach?

In GC Outreach, “Excluded” means a constituent was in the initial audience but will not be sent the outreach. They remain listed with a status of excluded and a reason.

Common reasons you’ll see:

• Unsubscribed or opted out for GC Outreach
• Invalid or undeliverable contact info (for example, bad email)
• Solicit code restrictions mapped to GC Outreach
• Admin or filter logic removed them, such as “exclude recent donors” conditions
