Newly Released: Updates to Campaign Navigation & Designation Management

In October 2025 we released an update to our Designation Management and Campaign & Form navigation. These changes make it easier to find the campaign and form settings you are looking for, enable new team members, and manage large volumes of designations on your campaign pages.

Form & Campaign Designation Management

The new Designation Management will be applied to campaigns and forms. We have future plans to roll out this new functionality for school level Designation Group management as well. This update has no impact on donor-facing designations and only impacts backend designation management.

Here are the exciting changes: 

• Featured Designations: Featured designations are a new way of moving designations to the top of the drop down. This allows you to quickly move the most important funds to be visible quickly to donors, without dragging that fund through hundreds or thousands of forms. Up to 25 designations can be featured with a custom order set.
• A-Z Sort & Visibility Improvements: A-Z sorting and setting designations as hidden but searchable will only impact the designation 'level' you are currently editing. Meaning, you can set all designations within a group as hidden but searchable, and that will not impact the visibility of the top level designations.
• Search: Admins can now search for designations that are currently present on campaigns and forms in order to quickly manage and mange changes to specific funds.
• Pagination: Designations are paginated in order to not have one long, overwhelming scroll of designations.
• Performance: Changes support improved performance, making your administrator experience faster and more reliable.
