Do offline gifts count against just for you matches/challenges?

Yes. Offline gifts entered through GiveCampus's offline-gift workflow create matched-gift records and count toward directed (“just for you”) matches and challenges,

However, there are two exceptions:

• Recurring-only matches: Offline gifts aren’t treated as recurring, so they will not trigger any matches or challenges limited to recurring donors.
• First-time donor matches: Offline gifts do not count as a first-time donation, and thus will not trigger matches or challenges restricted to first-time donors.
• Follow the Fund matches: Offline gifts do not trigger matches based on the fund associated with the donation.
