Do offline gifts count against just for you matches/challenges?

Yes. Qualifying individual offline donor records, entered one at a time or imported by CSV, can count toward directed (“just for you”) matches and challenges. They must satisfy the match or challenge’s targeting and eligibility rules.

Individual offline gifts do not qualify for these restrictions:

• Recurring-only matches: Offline gifts aren’t treated as recurring, so they will not trigger any matches or challenges limited to recurring donors.
• First-time donor matches: Offline gifts do not count as a first-time donation, and thus will not trigger matches or challenges restricted to first-time donors.

Follow the Fund

Qualifying individual offline donor gifts, including CSV-imported donor rows, can count toward Follow the Fund matches and use the gift’s designation. Aggregate offline donor/dollar adjustments are a different workflow and do not count toward Follow the Fund matches.
