How can you tell if someone declined an incentive?

To see whether a donor declined an incentive, add the intentionally_opted_out_of_reward field to your donation reports.

Go to Online Giving > Reporting > Settings to include this field in your report.

This field indicates that the donor actively chose the option "I only want to support our community." instead of leaving the incentive field blank.
