How do I hide a campaign so it doesn't appear on a school page?

Campaign visibility and searchability

Use these settings to keep a campaign out of public listings. The following controls determine how and where a campaign appears:

• Hide on school page – The campaign will not appear in your school's campaign listings or galleries.
• Unsearchable – The campaign will not appear in GiveCampus platform-wide search results.

Hiding a campaign on the school page

1. Open the campaign in the admin interface and go to the Images & Display section.
2. Enable Hide on school page to prevent it from appearing on your school's listings.

Maximizing privacy

For enhanced privacy—such as during a sensitive launch or security concern—enable both Hide on school page and Unsearchable.
