How do I hide a campaign so it doesn't appear on a school page?

Campaign visibility and searchability

Use these settings to keep a campaign out of public listings. The following controls determine how and where a campaign appears:

• Hide on school page – The campaign will not appear in your school's campaign listings or galleries.
• Unsearchable – The campaign does not appear in GiveCampus platform-wide search results. Toggle it directly from the campaigns list (Unsearchable column), not within the campaign’s settings.

Hiding a campaign on the school page

1. In the admin interface, navigate to Online Giving > Campaign Setup and open the campaign’s Landing Page settings.
2. Enable Hide on school page to remove the campaign (and its associated tiered landing pages) from your school's listings.

Maximizing privacy

For enhanced privacy during sensitive launches or security concerns, enable both Hide on school page (in the Landing Page settings under Online Giving > Campaign Setup) and Unsearchable (from the campaigns list).
