If a partner is not receiving emails that are being sent out from GiveCampus they may need to contact their IT team to whitelist us. They will need to approve our IP addresses (167.89.40.164, 167.89.71.233, 168.245.105.222, 168.245.114.24, 167.89.84.144). All automated emails are sent from info@givecampus.com, so if they need a specific email address they will want to include that as well.
