How do I add first and last name to a giving form?

You can do that from form builder! Just and click 'Edit Form' at the top right. From here you can click the 'expand' icon:

Then select which fields you'd like to expand the name field to:

Navigate to the Form Settings tab of your campaign or form.

Finally, click 'I'm done' at the bottom of the form when you finish making changes.

Note: First name and Last name are always included because they’re required and cannot be unchecked. You can optionally add Title, Middle initial, Middle name, Maiden name, or Suffix by checking the appropriate boxes in the modal.
