How to Ensure Leading Zeros Appear in Reports
Download a report from GiveCampus
Open it in Excel and find the offending column
Follow these instructions to change the formatting of the column:
- Highlight the column
- Click Home
- Click the dropdown under Number
- Select Custom
- Select Custom again and enter 00000 in the bar where it says "type"
- Click OK
