GC Wealth Data Dictionary – GiveCampus University

The GC Wealth Data Dictionary is a collection of names, definitions, and attributes about data elements that are being used or captured and displayed within the GC Wealth tool.

Windfall ID: Windfall's unique identifier

Net Worth: Estimated value of household's net worth; granularity at the hundreds of thousands (i.e. $6.5 million)

Net Worth Low: Lower bound of net worth estimate

Net Worth High: Higher bound of net worth estimate

Net Worth Last Calculated: Date the net worth estimated was last calculated; Format in: YYYYMMDD

Recent Change in Net Worth: Reflects a change of $100,000 or more

Recent Mover: Highlights a household that has recently moved; Default in the last 6 months; 1 = True; 0 = False

Recently Divorced: Highlights a household that recently experienced a divorce; Default in the last 6 months; 1 = True; 0 = False

Recent Death in Family: Highlights a household that recently had a death; Default in the last 6 months; 1 = True; 0 = False

Political Party: Signifies if the household is: D = Democrat; R = Republican; I = Independent

Political Donor: Highlights if a household has contributed to a political campaign; Default in the in the last 60 months; 1 = True; 0 = False

Boat Owner: Highlights if a household owns a boat; 1 = True; 0 = False

Plane Owner: Highlights if a household owns a plane; 1 = True; 0 = False

Philanthropic Giver: Highlights if a household gives philanthropically; Default in the last 60 months; 1 = True; 0 = False

Philanthropic Cause: Array of types of causes the household supports based on NTEE-CC codes (i.e. A = Arts, Culture, and Humanities)

Philanthropic Focus: Array of geographical focus a household supports: Local, State, Regional, National, International

Multi-property owner: Highlights if a household owns multiple properties; 1 = True; 0 = False

Rental Property owner: Highlights if a household owns a rental property; 1 = True; 0 = False

Foundation Association: Highlights if a household is associated with a foundation; 1 = True; 0 = False

Foundation Officer/Trustee: Highlights if a member of the household is a foundation officer; 1 = True; 0 = False

Nonprofit Board Member: Highlights if a member of the household is a nonprofit board member; 1 = True; 0 = False

Trust Association: Highlights if a household is associated with a trust (personal, living, irrevocable, etc.); 1 = True; 0 = False

Small Business Owner: Highlights if a household has a SMB owner present; 1= True; 0 = False

Top Political Donor: Highlights a household that is a top political donor; Default in the last $10K in the last 12 months; 1 = True; 0 = False

Money in Motion: Highlight a household that recently transacted more than $10,000 in SEC insider trading forms in the last 12 months; 1 = True; 0 = False

Windfall Trigger: Highlights that the household has had significant spend across: luxury, philanthropic, or political contributions; 1 = True; 0 = False

Match Confidence: Defines Windfall's match confidence on a scale of 0.1 - 1.0 for a household match.

Luxury Car Owner: Highlights a household that owns a luxury vehicle; 1 = True; 0 = False

Imported Car Owner: Highlights a household that owns a imported vehicle; 1 = True; 0 = False

Recent Mortgage: Highlights a household took out a new mortgage (could be same property). Default in the last 6 months; 1 = True; 0 = False

Regional Focus: Relates to the type of organization(s) an individual supports (Local, State, National, and/or International).

Household Debt: If the household has any mortgages associated with it; 1 = True; 0 = False

Loan-to-Value Ratio: Represents the outstanding loans against all property values, comes as 0.15 = 15%

GiveCampus Score: The GiveCampus Score, represented by stars (1-5) is based on a constituent's activities that happen on GiveCampus - online gifts, advocacy, and VMS volunteer actions. The more stars, the more engaged they are with the GiveCampus platform.
