**Note: The following content applies only to schools leveraging GiveCampus's strategic partnership with Stripe. If you do not use Stripe for payment processing, please contact your payment processor for information on when donations are transferred to your bank account.**
Donations will be deposited to your bank account at the cadence that you select during your onboarding process: daily, weekly, or monthly. If you would like to change your deposit frequency at any point, reach out to support@givecampus.com and our team can make this change for you. If you would like to change your deposit frequency to weekly, please let us know the day of the week you'd like deposits to occur. If you'd like to change your deposit frequency to monthly, let us know the day of the month that you prefer.
If you signed up for "Daily" deposits during your onboarding, your first transfer will occur approximately 7 days after the processing and settlement of your first donation. Thereafter, transfers will occur on a daily 2-day rolling schedule (e.g., donations processed and settled on Mondays will be transferred on Wednesdays).
Most banks post received funds on the same day they are received, but some banks take 2-3 additional days to post funds--this timeline depends on your bank. Transfers that are scheduled on weekends or holidays will not be processed by your bank until the next business day.
For full visibility into when deposits were made and which donations make up each deposit, you can reference your deposit report by heading to your Admin Dashboard > Reporting > Deposits. Here, you may view or download the default deposit report or a custom report you have created. You may also download a date range deposit report to pull more than one day's deposits.

Update: Deposit Dates
Within the platform, deposit dates have been displayed in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), which differs from that of your local timezone. As of January 2021, we have updated the platform to reflect all deposit dates in your school's current timezone, rather than UTC time. While this will ensure that all deposits/donations display accurately in your local time for the desired date(s) of your deposit or donation reports, this will affect the pulling of any past data regarding deposits prior to 2021. The following CSV columns within your donation and deposit reports may now appear with a date up to 1 day earlier than when previously pulled to accurately reflect this update:
date_of_capture
date_of_checkout
date_of_deposit
date_of_pledge
The highlighted fields below are examples of the deposit update. For any additional questions around this, please contact us at support@givecampus.com.
