GiveCampus’ Advanced Online Giving Permissions gives schools much more granular control over the access administrators have and the actions they can take.
Important Note:
With the introduction of better, more granular roles, it is not possible to perfectly map our legacy permissions to these new roles. In determining these mappings, GiveCampus erred on the side of caution and data privacy, reducing the possibility of accidentally providing access to donor data to the wrong administrators.
This mapping means that current View Admins will not be able to see reporting or other school-level data after the upgrade. We recommend either (a) changing admins who should have these permissions to “Edit” or "Full" admins ahead of the permissions upgrade, or (b) assigning them the “Gift Management” or “Finance Admin” role after the upgrade.
