What to expect:
Let us help each other make the most out of our time together. Nobody wants to hold meetings for meetings sake! During your call, we are happy to cover everything from campaign game-plans to technology requests and share the best practices in-between. We’d love to know your thoughts on the GiveCampus experience overall since this is how we keep making it better. We can talk strategy for your roadmap ahead and share the latest platform updates hot off the press from our engineers.
At the end of the day a great call is both for and about you. Don’t hesitate to tell us if there are any specific things you would like to cover!
How to prepare:
- Look back. What’s gone really well? Any big challenges? Rockstar campaigns? Surprise outcomes you’d like to discuss? We are always happy to have you share data or collateral from these campaigns as well.
- Look forward. What’s up next for you? Giving Day around the corner? Alumni or athletic campaign on the horizon? Curious of where you are in your subscription?
- Is there anything on your GiveCampus wishlist? How can we continue to improve the platform and our Partner Success Program? We truly value your feedback.
- Many of our Partners find it helpful to keep a running list of questions they want to be sure we address on our call.
- Letting us know in advance if you have any specific questions or concerns can help us make sure we have answers to your questions - especially if they require checking with our engineering team. Once your call has been scheduled, feel free to email your Partner Success Manager to let them know in advance about anything you would like to be sure to cover.
Who to include:
Are there any other GC administrators on your team? Colleagues that work in gift processing or advancement services that might benefit from asking questions? Perhaps consider inviting them to join the call.
Come at us with questions and don’t be afraid to pre-plan! We know it’s hard to know what you don’t know -- so by having a thoughtful and continued conversation, our team can help deliver our technology and fundraising expertise while also gaining a richer understanding of the contextual landscape of your institution.
