Leverage your Campaign Backup Form: Your standalone giving form is a simple, easy way to collect donations that doesn’t require a full-campaign! This would allow you to offer a great donation experience to your donors and leverage that subscription at any time of year.

- Create a Unique Link to track the impact of your fundraising.

Launch a Simple, Catch-All Campaign: when using a campaign to leverage extra subscription, don’t let perfect be the enemy of the good. Here are a few tips:
- Clone one of your previous campaigns as a starting point, or ask GiveCampus to drop a campaign template into your dashboard.
- Align your campaign messaging with your regular annual fund appeals
- Drive your email solicitations and website traffic to this campaign
- Pro-Tip, leverage unique tracking links to understand where your donors are coming from
- Leverage Auto-Fill links to direct donors straight to the campaign’s form.
- Keep your video short and simple, or upload a still image to use in place of a video.
- Having trouble landing on a goal? Remove the public facing goal from your campaign from the Basics tab.
Launch a Targeted Campaign: Sometimes, having additional social fundraising subscription can be a blessing in disguise! Use this as an opportunity to try something new and target a specific group of donors. Donors more and more want to feel like our schools really understand them – leveraging targeted campaigns is a great way to really focus on a small audience and tailor your content to them, instead of trying to be everything to everyone! Here are a few ideas for targeted initiatives to help use your extra subscription:
- Leadership Donors: Focus on leading the way, generosity, and larger ask amounts.
- LYBUNTS: Focus on loyalty, renewing gifts, and recurring donations.
- Parents: Focus on the students, faculty, and access to education.
- Faculty & Staff: Focus on participatory gifts, students, education, and community.
- Young Alumni: Focus on small dollar gifts, impact, cause based giving, and recurring donations.
- Reunion: Focus on alumni who are in their reunion year
