One of the best ways to celebrate and promote advocacy is to highlight it near the top of your campaign pages. Increasing visibility of matches & challenges will also help promote their successful completion.
What types of advocacy can be pinned?
- Matches
- Challenges
- Personal Videos
- Advocacy Stats (of a specific advocate or a group of Community Advocates)
How to pin advocacy on the campaign page
Within your campaign settings, go to Advocacy > Settings. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click into Pinned Advocacy. From there, select from the Advocacy Type drop down menu to find the type of advocacy you want to feature, and use the "+" button beside the specific item to add it to the list of Current Pinned Advocacy.
Be sure to save your additions with the Update Campaign button, and note that pinned advocacy will immediately appear near the top of the campaign page.


How to pin advocacy on a Tiered Landing Page
If running a tiered campaign, while in campaign Settings, go to Tiered Landing Pages and select the edit ✏️ icon next to the page you wish to manage. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Pinned Advocacy. From there, make your selections.
Note that pinned advocacy will immediate appear near the top of the Tiered Landing Page selected and will not appear on the main (Tier 1) campaign page unless also pinned using the instructions above. Tiered Landing Pages must be in a Published state for the Pinned Advocacy modal to appear in its settings.
How to pin advocacy on a Pre-Launch Page
While the pre-launch page is activated, go to Pre-Launch Page within campaign settings. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and manage Pinned Advocacy from there. Note that pinned advocacy will immediately appear below your pre-launch video but will not appear on the campaign page itself unless also pinned following the instructions above.
How to remove pinned advocacy
To remove pinned advocacy, simply click the "x" next to the desired element in the relevant Pinned Advocacy modal. Note that a Tiered Landing Page must be in a Published state for the Pinned Advocacy modal to appear in its edit settings.
