Utilizing GC Outreach Merge Tags (Tokens)

• $Const_Address$ - This will pull the constituent address associated to the external ID uploaded in the recipient list. If there is no matching constituent in the GiveCampus platform, or this data field is blank, then the merge tag will show as blank by default
• $Const_First_Name$ - This will pull the first name of any matched constituents based on the external ID you have uploaded FIRST and if that is blank or cannot be found based on data in the GiveCampus platform, it will use the First Name uploaded in the csv for the recipient list
• $Const_Last_Name$ - This will pull the last name of any matched constituents based on the external ID you have uploaded FIRST and if that is blank or cannot be found based on data in the GiveCampus platform, it will use the First Name uploaded in the csv for the recipient list
• $Csv_Recipient_Email$ - This will merge in the specific email address you uploaded in the CSV if you would like to put that in the content itself
• $Csv_Recipient_First_Name$ - This will pull in the first name that was uploaded directly to the outreach via .csv or the .csv that was uploaded in the segment you selected this from. Recommend using this if you have uploaded exact names as you want them in the .csv 
• $Csv_Recipient_Last_Name$ - This will pull in the last name that was uploaded directly to the outreach via .csv or the .csv that was uploaded in the segment you selected this from. Recommend using this if you have uploaded exact names as you want them in the .csv  
• Designation(s)_and_Amount$ - This will display the most recent donation including all of the designations they donated to and the amounts associated to each. This does not take into account joint donor donations
• $Donor_Name$ - This will display the donor name on the most recent donation made on the GiveCampus platform
• $Donor_and_Joint_Name$ - This will display both the donor name and the joint donor name (if applicable) from the last donation on the GiveCampus platform
• $EventRegistrant_First_Name$ - This will display the First Name entered on the last registration made on the GiveCampus platform. This will be dynamic if you create the segment from a specific event in GiveCampus (ex: All registrants)
• $EventRegistrant_Last_Name$ - This will display the last Name entered on the last registration made on the GiveCampus platform. This will be dynamic if you create the segment from a specific event in GiveCampus (ex: All registrants)
• $Event_Ticket_Type(s)$ - This will display, in list form, all of the ticket types that were associated to this registrant based on email address / external ID matching to GC Events
• $Guest_First_Name$ - This will display the name entered in for individual guests on a specific event based on matched email addresses / external IDs in the recipient list
• $Guest_Last_Name$ - This will display the name entered in for individual guests on a specific event based on matched email addresses / external IDs in the recipient list
• $Last_Donation_Amount$ - This will display the most recent donation amount made on the GiveCampus platform via the recipient
• $Last_Gift_Date$ - This will display the date of the last gift made on the GiveCampus platform
• $Last_Gift_Designation$ - This will display the designation (user facing name) of the last donation made on GiveCampus platform
• $Pref_Class_Year$ - This will display the class year as you have uploaded them in the school level data importer for matched external IDs on recipients of the email. Will be blank if recipient is unmatched or has no uploaded class year
• $Pref_First_Name$ - This will be the uploaded preferred first name in the school level data importer. This will fall back to Const_first_name if blank.
• $Recur_Gift_End_Date$ - This will display the end date of any existing recurring gifts known on the GiveCampus platform
• $Recur_Gift_Freq$ - This will display the currently set up frequency of recurring gifts on the GiveCampus platform
• $Recur_Gift_Installment_Amount$ - This will display the current installment amount of recurring gifts on the GiveCampus platform
• $Recur_Gift_Total_Amount$ - This will display the total amount that a recurring subscription on the givecampus platfrom will end in by the end of the period. 
• $Spouse_First_Name$ - This will display the first name of any relationships added to GiveCampus data with the type = spouse
