Thank you for being part of the GiveCampus Partner Community! We are SO excited to have you here! The GC team is proud to partner with your school to make giving more than just a transaction. Because we know there is more to it than just having a great product in your hands (and we do full heartedly believe that ours is the best!), our Partner Success Program is one of the many things that set GiveCampus apart from the rest. Partner Success (PS) at GiveCampus means that you are more than a customer, you are our true hand-in-hand partner- when you succeed, we succeed. Our mission aligns with yours. Our Partner Success program focuses on 4 major tenants to ensure that you reach your fundraising goals and have the best experience using our platform.
1. Hands on strategy
2. Unparalleled learning resources
3. A dedicated community network
4. Exclusive events
On top of all this, we really put our heart into providing extraordinary value to you and your team to enable your success.
Strategy
Our Partner Success team is an all-star crew of former fundraisers, educators, and technology professionals who have worked in higher-ed institutions both big & small, K-12 schools, and various non-profits throughout the world! We’re not just experts on our products, we’re experts in educational fundraising and we are on a mission to maximize your GiveCampus experience from onboarding to giving days– and everything in between.
Outsourced call centers and chat robots leave a bad taste in our mouths. That’s why at GiveCampus, our approach to support is different. When your school partners with GiveCampus, you not only gain access to best-in-class technology, you gain access to our team of industry experts who are committed to your success. We’re eager to share strategic advice, lead staff & volunteer training sessions, and provide hands-on technical assistance. We are exceptional at understanding what you need and how we can help because we have been you.
One of our Partner Success Managers Rosa told us why she so fervently believes in the PS program. She says, "early on, I found my calling in supporting people who support people. I see every day how our partners work tirelessly to make sure their school communities have the things they need to change the world through education. Making that easier through technology and true partnership is a daily joy.” We couldn't have said it better ourselves! Thanks, Rosa!
Learning
Knowledge sharing is a core component of our approach to Partner Success. Celebrating and supporting learning doesn’t just help our Partner institutions reach their goals, it also brings our community together. We’ve made it a priority to share the best practices our team has collected and to provide a platform for schools to share what they’ve learned with their peers.
GiveCampus University functions as our one-stop shop for everything from webinars and technical guides to training resources and partner generated content. The search feature makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for in our quest to make you a super-user on our platform! With new content being added all the time, and our broader commitment to constantly innovating with new features and programs, we have also rolled out our Class Notes, our bi-weekly newsletter, to make sure you can stay up to date on all of our resources.
Community
Fostering our Partner community is at the heart of everything we do. When your school partners with GiveCampus, you join a network of over 850 educational institutions—and we want you to get to know your neighbors! We consistently seek opportunities to connect our Partners to learn from each others’ experiences both digitally and at in-person events. We invite you to join our partners-only community where all GiveCampus schools have the opportunity to connect and network as you navigate the platform together!
Events
We believe in investing in your success. That means that when your school partners with GiveCampus, you gain access to professional development events throughout the year, including our annual Partners Conference (GCPC), regional special topic workshops, and presence at industry events.
