Congratulations! You’ve completed Technical Onboarding and you’re ready to take your next steps on GiveCampus. If Technical Onboarding is our spin on freshman orientation, Post-Onboarding is back-to-school shopping, syllabus day, and your first homework assignments all rolled into one (but we promise it’s fun, like buying new notebooks in the fall!). Mark off this checklist to hit the ground running!
Schedule a Post-Onboarding call with your Partner Success Manager
This call is the time to ‘meet’ your partner success manager, chat strategy, discuss your goals for using GiveCampus, and start to get to know the GiveCampus platform.
Clear Stripe's banking IDs with your bank
Please ensure that our company IDs (3270465600, 2270465600, 1800948598, 4270465600 and WFMSTRIPE1) are approved by your bank account to allow credits and debits. Failure to clear these numbers could result in deposits being frozen, so be sure to double-check that this request was completed to prevent any hiccups later on. We want to make sure that your gifts hit your bank as soon as possible! Learn more about how refunds are managed.
Onboard PayPal
If you are also using PayPal as a payment processor (in addition to Stripe) to offer PayPal and Venmo to your donors, be sure to submit the onboarding for PayPal. Visit your Online Giving Dashboard > School-Level Settings > PayPal to enter your information and enable these additional payment methods for your donors!
Ask your IT team to approve GiveCampus’s IP address
With lots of gifts from lots of generous donors comes lots of important notification emails to your administrators. Make sure our messages don’t get stuck by your email provider’s SPAM filters! The IP address to clear is 167.89.40.164.
Log into your account and take your Online Giving and School Dashboards for a test drive!
The Fundraising Dashboard is where you’ll create and manage campaigns and Giving Forms, manage school-level settings and your GiveCampus landing page, view and download reports, and do just about anything else you’d want to do with GiveCampus fundraising solutions! Your School Dashboard is where you'll be able to import data into GiveCampus, benchmark against peers, and get comprehensive insights and analysis of your results on GiveCampus.
