Raiser's Edge NXT Integration - Managing ‘Missing Recurring Gift ID’ issues – GiveCampus University

Any recurring installment gift without a linked RE NXT Recurring Gift ID is flagged as a Gift to Review. This normally occurs with the first installment processed after setting up the integration, though it can happen at any time if GiveCampus cannot locate an associated Recurring Gift ID.
The two options below appear only when GiveCampus has queued a recurring subscription export row. If there is no pending subscription row, a single Recurring Gift ID text field is displayed. Enter the existing RE NXT Recurring Gift System ID into that field.

Multiple errors on the same gift? If a gift has additional issues (for example, a missing Constituent ID or unmatched fund), the Recurring Gift ID options will be unavailable until those errors are resolved.

Two options:
- Enter in Existing Recurring Gift ID
  - This option is to be used if there is an existing recurring gift ID in NXT, typically this will be the case if the recurring plan was set up on NXT prior to setting up the NXT integration on GiveCampus
- Create new Recurring Gift in RE NXT
  - use this if there is no existing recurring gift ID in NXT and the ID will be created, linked to the installment on GC and future installments going forward
