Terms of Service Checkbox

Terms of Service are implied in all states except California and in the EU. In the implied states, terms of service must be hyperlinked but no checkbox is necessary. In California and the EU, a checkbox must be provided so that the website visitor can certify that they did read the terms of service before continuing.
