How do you update the school contact email?

To update the school contact email on Give Campus you will need to go to

Online Giving > School-Level Settings > Branding >

The email address inputted here will be shown at the bottom of each of your GiveCampus pages. If no email is provided support@givecampus.com will be used.

If the concern is an old campaign name in an email subject, check the original message and the relevant campaign email template. Changing the school contact email address does not rename campaign email subjects.
