the most common reason a gift will not automatically sync to RENEXT is because the donor is associated to multiple IDs in the reporting→settings→constituent ID section.
When they have multiple IDs it gets associated to the gift as ID1:ID2 which will not match what’s in RENXT. These must manually be reviewed by the school to sync.
To fix, audit the IDs from the system delete ones that aren't needed or delete all and upload a clean list with one ID per person.
