Why are gifts not automatically syncing over to RENEXT?

If a donor in GiveCampus is linked to multiple constituent IDs, the gift will not automatically sync to RE NXT.

When multiple IDs are found, the gift is flagged with a More Than One Constituent ID issue and placed in review. The school must verify the record and select the correct constituent ID before the gift syncs.

To resolve this, go to Online Giving > Manage Gifts > Gifts to Review, open the flagged record, and choose the appropriate constituent from the options (or enter a new ID if necessary). Once the correct ID is saved, the gift is re-queued for export automatically.

When they have multiple IDs it gets associated to the gift as ID1:ID2 which will not match what’s in RENXT. These must manually be reviewed by the school to sync.
