Donated vs. pledged for fundraising campaigns

'Donated' is all gifts that have been made and deposited to the partner’s bank - so anything in the donation reports with the status of 'Paid'.

Pledged is everything else- this can be donations that are 'authorized' (confirmed but not yet deposited), future recurring gift installments, matches and challenges that are not yet completed, and offline gifts.
