No. Advocates do not receive an automatic email when they earn an advocate incentive. Your team is responsible for notifying them and coordinating fulfillment.

Advocate incentive alert emails for campaign administrators

When an advocate earns an incentive, all administrators with permissions to that campaign receive an automatic incentive alert email.

Can administrators unsubscribe or turn these alerts off?

No. Advocate incentive alert emails cannot currently be disabled. There is no unsubscribe or notification preference to opt an administrator out of these alerts.
